Anyone aged 13 to 18 is welcome to row with us. Everybody joining the program enjoys the excitement of training together and creating strong team camaraderie. Our program is committed to teaching the sport of rowing and all its associated benefits… Impact-free total body fitness, team building AND great fun!
Currently, we offer rowing practices Tues, Wed, Thurs at 4:00; Sat 10:00; and Sun 1:00. Each training session lasts approximately 2 hours including warm up, boat launching, training, storing equipment and cool down.
